Spacious and beautiful room with a kitchen and AC. Had all the essentials like a microwave 🍽, fridge 🧊, and stovetop for cooking.

I liked the hotel, its big size room and exceptionally nice staff. My room included central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was great and good close to the beach and a 20-minute walk to the center. The property itself was in a great area: D

The host was incredibly helpful, the apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. From the balcony, we had a jaw-dropping view of San Marino. The location was perfect for exploring the city as everything was within walking distance, and the beautiful beach was just minutes away on foot. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary cookware. The receptionist was friendly, though language was a slight barrier. it was a fantastic stay with great amenities like wi-fi, off-site car park, laundry, flat-screen tv, lift. Plus, the air conditioning was a huge plus for the summer heat. Absolutely no smoking allowed on-site.

The rooms at Residence Art are amazing! They have a cozy dining area and a handy kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. It feels like having a mini-apartment! I absolutely loved the private balcony or patio in each room. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

Personally, I didn't find the flat-screen TV in the room necessary. But hey, that's just my own preference.

The apartment for two was nicely spacious, had a balcony with a clothes rack, good Wi-Fi, and was located within a reasonable distance to the beach and bus station. the bed was the best one during our trip because it was hard, which we prefer. We also appreciated the welcoming host.

The area surrounding the apartment had practically no walking paths due to parked cars, making it annoying to navigate. the four-person apartment was very small, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable and squeaky due to metal bars.

We enjoyed the excellent location to the beach and the amenities within walking distance. the room was clean and in good condition, and we had all the facilities we needed to make our stay comfortable. the balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy the view of the city and the nearby surroundings.

Although the room was in a convenient location, the railway could be a little distracting at times.

The location of this self-catering apartment was perfect for our romantic getaway. We were able to easily walk to the nearest bus station and explore the nearby area. The apartment was very clean and had excellent wifi, which made it easy to work remotely during our stay. We also loved the fact that there was a balcony where we could enjoy the beautiful weather and hang up our clothes while we were out.

While we loved the location of the apartment, we did find it challenging to navigate the area due to the lack of walking paths. Parking was also a bit of an issue, as many parked cars occupied the space beside the sidewalks.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the beach and many great restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, delivering a baby bed promptly upon my request. The room was spacious and very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and easy access to transportation.

There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for us to explore and eat out. the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. we were satisfied with the location, the room, and the staff. Cons: No issues 😊.

The staff was really nice and helpful to the best of their ability, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the location was great, just a short walk from the beach and close to the train station.
